Animating Multiple Avatars With H2

With H2 you can animate multiple avatars at once.  Multiple H2 users can "join" a 3rd party's H2 and allow it to animate them.   This can be used to create some very cool animated sequences during performances.  H2 is not intended to replace a dance machine in a club.  Here is how to do it:

H2 is copiable.   Make a copy of the HUD you want to use for the multiple-avatar portions of your show. You can customize on special for the "group" moves.  All animations fired from this HUD will affect all joined avatars.
It is perfectly legal for the individual avatars to have their own H2's up and active for individual control, and at the same time, to be joined to someone else's "master" H2 which will be used to coordinate synchronized group moves.
Some example configurations of animating multiple avatars with H2:

4 Avatars in the Band
All 4 have their individual H2's, each controlling himself.
One member has a "master" H2 configured to control the other 3 band members (and himself) for certain specific group animations.
3 Avatars in the Band.
1 friend in the audience
Each band avatar does their own individual animations with H2
The friend in the audience can synchronize animate the entire band for special group moves.
4 Avatars in the Band
All 4 have their individual H2's, each controlling himself.
#2 person has a "master" H2 configured to control the other 3 band members (and himself) for certain specific group animations.  (red arrows)
#4 person "master" H2 configured to control himself and #3.  ie:  the two guitar players to synchronized expression anims at times during the show.

Setting Up A Master H2 To Animate Multiple Avatars

Select which HUD you want to use as a master control.   You may want to make a fresh copy and customize your own such that it includes only the actions you want top perform as a group.
Wear your soon-to-be master HUD. Right click it, EDIT.   Rename it to something Unique, ie: Group Moves
Make A Copy of your your OD>> H2 Sync Ball object.
Rez (or wear)  the sync ball.   Right click it, EDIT.   Edit the DESCRIPTION of the sync ball to exactly match the NAME of the master HUD.  You will see the description pop up in the sync ball's floating text.
Each avatar that wishes to be controlled by this master HUD must
Wear his own H2 (any one will do)
Touch the sync ball
He is now registered with your master H2.
Any animations triggered by your master H2 will affect him too.
When you are done, take the sync ball.   You may need it later.   You can rename it to something significant if you like, just make sure the description matches your master HUD.

Menu Buttons

Click the OD Logo at the top of the HUD.   Get a blue popup dialog menu.  Choose AVATAR.

REFRESH PERMISSIONS - Re-ask all of the joined avatars for permission to animate.  Useful on occasion when relogging.
RESET AVATARS - Clear the list of avatars.  The HUD will become single user again.   Any avatars wishing to join need to repeat the process above.
REMOVE ME.  Use this button to remove yourself from the list of controlled avatars.. ie:  you are using this HUD to group control a group of avatars not including yourself.  First have the other avatars join your HUD as described above, then use this button to remove yourself from the list.
ADD ME.   Put yourself back into the list of controlled avatars.

Caveats

As of now (version 1.0)  you cannot "remove" yourself from your own HUD.   This means that the master HUD owner can animate other avatars in addition to himself, but cannot use H2 strictly as a remote control for someone else and NOT himself.
As of now (version 1.0) a few commands to not transfer to the slave avatars' guitar.   ZZtop, Orbit, Guitar moving behind head, Firebolt and other particles.  All Avatar animations however do work on both master and slave avatars.
