Touch the vendor of the item you want to buy.
Select GET DISCOUNT from the blue menu.
If you are eligible for a discount you will see an acknowledgement popup telling you what your final price is. You will also get a particle stream from the vendor to your avatar.
Right click and pay the vendor. The price will be your discounted price.
